The Life You Lived Before
Romans 3:23 and Ephesians 2:1-5

Every testimony begins with honesty. Before Christ, each of us lived under the weight of sin — some visibly, some quietly, but all of us equally in need of rescue. Paul did not hide his past when he stood before the crowd in Acts 22. He named it plainly and without embellishment. The goal was not to glorify what he had done but to establish the contrast that grace would soon make clear. Your life before Christ is not a source of shame to dwell on, nor a story to boast about. It is simply the darkness that makes the light all the more visible.

Reflect today on where God found you, and thank Him for not leaving you there.
