Seeing Jesus in the Heavens
Acts 7:54-60; John 1:43-51

In his final moments, Stephen saw heaven opened and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. This wasn't just a vision; it was validation. Jesus, who promised Nathanael that he would see "heaven opened and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man," now revealed Himself to His faithful witness. Notice that Jesus was standing, not seated—rising to receive His servant home. What sustained Stephen through the stones wasn't anger or fear, but a glimpse of glory. When facing your hardest moments, what captures your vision? Do you fix your eyes on your circumstances or on Christ? Stephen's heavenly perspective transformed his earthly response. He didn't curse his killers; he blessed them. Your vision determines your reaction. Look up. Jesus is standing for you too.
