Faithful Stewardship as Worship
Reading: Luke 16:10-13 and Proverbs 3:9-10
Devotional: Faithfulness in small things reveals the true condition of the heart. Jesus teaches in Luke 16 that the way a person handles money is a direct reflection of how they will handle greater spiritual responsibilities. Proverbs 3 calls believers to honor God with the firstfruits of all their increase, trusting Him with what He has already provided. Stewardship is not merely a financial discipline. It is an act of worship. Every dollar spent or given is a declaration of what you believe about God's ownership and your role as a manager of His resources. Handle what He has given you as one who will give an account.
Reflection Question: In what specific ways can you honor God with your finances this week as an act of worship rather than obligation?
Practical Application: Set aside time this week to create or revisit a personal budget that intentionally includes giving as a first priority, treating generosity not as an afterthought but as an act of faith and devotion.
