Living as Faithful Servants
Ephesians 5:21-33; Colossians 3:12-19

Whether married or single, God calls us to faithful service that honors Him. For married couples, this means mutual submission out of reverence for Christ—husbands loving sacrificially as Christ loved the church, wives respecting and supporting their husbands. But notice Ephesians begins with "submit to one another"—marriage is a dance of mutual service, not a power struggle. For singles, faithfulness means honoring God with your body, heart, and time while waiting or serving in your current season. Both callings require patience, selflessness, and trust in God's goodness. Don't settle for less than God's best—whether that means waiting for the right spouse or working to become a better fit for the one you have. Today, commit to being an indispensable helper in whatever relationships God has given you, reflecting His servant heart in all you do.
