Trust God's Providence
Acts 5:33-42

Gamaliel wasn't a believer, yet God used his counsel to preserve the apostles' lives. This is providence—God's sovereign hand orchestrating circumstances for His purposes. Sometimes we recognize His work immediately; often we see it only in retrospect. Those "coincidental" meetings, unexpected conversations, or inexplicable interventions are often God's providence at work. But here's the deeper truth: God's providence doesn't always mean deliverance from suffering. His purposes sometimes include our hardship. The apostles were flogged before their release. God's faithfulness isn't measured by our comfort but by His presence and purpose in all circumstances. Today, look back and identify moments of God's providence. Then trust that His hand is equally at work in your present circumstances, even when you cannot yet see how.
