Reaching the Lost
Jesus states in Acts 1:8: “You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth.” CRB participates in missions locally (our Jerusalem), regionally (our Judea), nationally (our Samaria) and internationally (the ends the earth). Our missions participation is through the Cooperative Program of the Southern Baptist Convention. We also have missions partners (our Ambassadors) that we support directly through mission trips. These partners include: Hispanic Church, Oneonta; Abiding Life Church, Clarkston, Ga.; Haiti’s Eden, Limbe Haiti; Ministerios Buena Vista, Guatemala; Our Hope, Uganda, The Perekotiy Family in Bucharest & a partnership in an undisclosed location in East Africa.
Partnering Ambassadors
2 Corinthians 5:18–21
All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
